By booking or using any vehicle offered by Commute Rental Cars, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with a booking or use our services.

Vehicle Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, customers must hold a valid driving license and provide all required identification documents during the booking process. Commute Rental Cars reserves the right to verify customer information before confirming a reservation.

Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and successful verification. Reservation confirmations will be sent once the booking process is completed and payment requirements are fulfilled.

Driver Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for operating the vehicle safely and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations. The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or violations incurred during the rental period.

Vehicle Usage Restrictions

• Vehicles must not be used for unlawful activities, racing, commercial transportation, towing, or driving under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances. Unauthorized drivers are not permitted to operate the vehicle.

Payment & Security Deposit

• Rental charges, applicable taxes, and security deposits must be paid according to the booking terms. Security deposits will be refunded after vehicle inspection, subject to any applicable deductions for damages, penalties, or unpaid charges.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel bookings according to the cancellation policy displayed during reservation. Eligible refunds will be processed within the applicable refund period after cancellation approval.

Insurance & Liability

• All vehicles are covered by applicable insurance policies. Customers remain responsible for damages, negligence, traffic violations, or misuse that falls outside the coverage provided under the insurance agreement.

Vehicle Return Policy

• Vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed return time and in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear. Additional charges may apply for late returns, excessive cleaning, damages, or policy violations.
